Cost
My aim is to make therapy accessible and affordable. I work online which helps reduce costs.
Young People (Under 24) £35 per 50 minute session.
Adults £40 per 50 minute session.

I want to make starting therapy as easy, affordable, accessible and stress-free.
That’s why I offer two simple first steps: a friendly, informal chat over the phone and, when you’re ready, the option of a free 30-minute Zoom consultation.
This is a chance for us to talk about what’s on your mind and what’s bringing you to therapy. Most importantly, it gives you the opportunity to ask questions and see if I’m the right fit for you. There’s no pressure—just a relaxed conversation to help you take that first step.
Male clients come to me with very different issues. Here are examples of some I have dealt with as a therapist:
Younger male clients (16-18)
Anxiety, depression, anger, low self-esteem or self-worth and difficulty expressing feelings and mood swings.
Struggles with masculinity, confusion about sexual orientation, building confidence, body image concerns or feeling different and out of place.
Parental separation or divorce, conflict with parents, domestic violence, feeling emotionally neglected or unheard at home.
Bullying and academic pressure. Loss or bereavement, physical or emotional abuse, sexual abuse, and relationship issues.
Risk-taking behaviour, addiction to gaming, pornography or internet use, self-harm or suicidal thoughts.
Male clients 19+
Depression, stress, feelings of shame, guilt, or regret about past choices. Trauma (from childhood, relationships, military, or work).
Difficulties in relationships, intimacy or commitment issues, jealousy, control or trust problems, recovering from breakups or divorce, feeling emotionally disconnected in a relationship, sexual difficulties, fear of rejection or abandonment.
Loneliness and social isolation, struggles forming or maintaining friendships.
