Many men grow up believing they must be strong, self-sufficient, and always in control. Yet, beneath the surface, anxiety, self-doubt, and emotional struggles can take a toll. I specialise in working with male clients because I understand the unique pressures that men face—whether it’s societal expectations, relationship challenges, or personal battles with self-worth.
Too often, men hesitate to seek help, fearing they’ll be judged or seen as weak. But mental health is just as important as physical health, and having a space to talk openly—without pressure or stigma—can be life-changing. I’m passionate about raising awareness and breaking down barriers so more men feel comfortable prioritising their emotional well-being.
I have worked and are still working with teenagers, young and older men navigating self-esteem, exam stress, identity, porn addiction and professionals dealing with burnout. Fathers struggling to balance responsibilities, and men facing sexual and relationship difficulties.
