Therapeutic Counselling
I am a fully qualified, registered psychotherapist offering professional, confidential, and supportive online counselling sessions designed to help you navigate life's challenges. Whether dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement, sexual and relationship issues, or anything else life throws at you.
Therapy is a joint effort—you and I working together to dig into what’s on your mind and what’s going on in your life.
It’s your space to say what you need to say, in whatever way feels right for you.
I work online. This allows flexibility, confidentiality and a more immediate access to counselling for clients.
I work at a time, place and pace that fits around you.
Don’t worry, I can guide you through setting up a Zoom account. You just need a PC, laptop, tablet or even a Smartphone and a secure internet connection. Or, click on the link below for more information about Zoom.
Young people
Whoever you are and whatever your age, life can be challenging, and sometimes, we all need a little help to navigate through its ups and downs. Figuring out who you are and where you fit in the world can sometimes feel overwhelming.
People come to counselling for all sorts of reasons: depression, anxiety, problems with relationships and sex, identity and sexuality issues, family conflict, break-ups, life changes, difficult choices, bereavement and illness or just the feeling that everything is just too much.
Online counselling offers a safe, convenient, and effective way to get the support you need from the comfort of your own home. A place where you can talk about anything that's on your mind. Where you're listened to, without judgment, and where your feelings are respected and kept confidential.
That's where I come in.
